Gardner + Gerrish were retained to develop a Master Plan for this 2.5 acre heath care facility overlooking Narragansett Bay. Program includes a commemorative healing garden, enclosed Alzheimer’s garden and physical therapy space. Design features include expanded terrace and gazebo, ADA accessible paths with milestone points, waterfront pavilion, lighting, planting and irrigation. Site is designed for onsite storm water infiltration. First phase of project is compete with gateway arch, plantings and fountain/donor paver space. Currently in funding phase for spring 2019 gazebo, continued plantings, and pergola construction.
