Continuing his recent experience designing golf course practice facilities, and his prior relationship with Blackledge, Tim is working in the permit phase to develop a new multi-faceted practice area for the Club. With the intention that this is will be a stand alone facility, a car park will provide direct access from West Street. Cart access will also be provided as the facility is across the street from the Gilead Pro Shop and just down the road from the Highlands Pro Shop. From there, users can utilize the practice fairway, short game area, and putting green. At over three hundred yards, the practice fairway will include multiple target greens and even bunkers. Players will have access to either a grass or synthetic surface tee. A short game practice area will allow for greenside and fairway bunker practice, along with the game’s integral short approach and recovery practice. At sixteen thousand square feet, the putting green is designed as a putting course as well.

“Tim is willing to listen to my ideas and find ways to integrate those ideas into the plan.  He is knowledgeable, experienced and always able to come up with suggestions that will help put us a cut above our competition.”
